Sarah found yoga almost 2 decades ago as a way to balance her active lifestyle and as an outlet to being a mother to (at the time) four young kids. Fast forward to today, Sarah is an E-RYT 500 teacher and still loves the balance yoga offers to her outdoor adventures and managing a busy family life. Her kids have gotten much older, but she still feels like a kid herself as you will often find her upside down, standing on her hands and head as much as possible throughout her personal practice. Through her own journey of personal injury, Sarah has learned to modify her physical practice and has developed a keen sense of body awareness and safe movement to help heal and strengthen the weak areas, and also prevent future injury. Yoga and meditation have taught her patience and acceptance through the process. Sarah teaches a powerful, playful and intuitive vinyasa style class, reading the energy of the students and connecting with them in a way that provides a unique flow each class she leads. Along with her Ashtanga-based vinyasa education, she also has been trained in and experienced with teaching various styles such as meditation and restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, yoga for trauma and addiction recovery, and corporate yoga, naming a few. She truly feels that you need to keep moving and doing what you love to be able to enjoy life to its fullest.
Idania started with yoga in 2013. Her love of Yoga has developed into a deep passion for anything Yoga. Yoga has developed her self-confidence and a desire to become and stay healthy: physically, mentally and spiritually. She desires all to enjoy the many health benefits that Yoga provides, health, happiness and the rejuvenation of mind and body. Idania loves golfing with her family and enjoys many outdoor activities, especially hiking and biking.
Abigail began her journey of health transformation after suffering a stroke in 2012. Life was suddenly topsy turvy. She lost the ability to walk. Her balance, coordination and vision went kaput. With her health in dire straits, it was time for a return to well-being. Healing and recovering became her number one priority, so she spent the last eight years learning the best yoga & herbal practices to live whole in her post-stroke body. Abigail believes yoga isn’t just for the fit, young and active. All bodies, regardless of physical ability, deserve a place on the mat. Abigail is an E-RYT200 & RYT500 Yoga Alliance certified instructor with specialized training in biomechanics and adaptive yoga. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Nutritional Herbalist from The School of Natural Healing. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Management from The University of Phoenix. Abigail is dedicated to helping others unleash their innate health and vitality by sharing the strategies that changed her life. Come see what one of her classes is all about! Abigail lives with her husband and four of their eight children. When she’s not practicing yoga, you can find her in her kitchen brewing up herb-infused recipes, hiking and playing in nature, or devouring her latest favorite wellness book.

After High School, Debbie was offered scholarships to dance at the University of Utah. A year later she transferred to Brigham Young University where she earned a BS. She performed with many different dance companies. Later, while raising her family and still loving to move she taught Aerobics and Spinning classes. Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue in 2000, Debbie underwent a major change, unable to continue her traditional way of moving. She started down the path of healing herself! What she found has changed her For the Better! Over the past 20 years, She's helped many people, including herself find new avenues of living a life filled with activity, health, passion and hope. She discovered for herself that when we continuously look for our flaws, eventually, the body begins to break down. What we create within manifests what is happening without. Yoga became a lifeline. True nutrition that comes from the Earth became a staple habit. Thoughts have become dream building! A few years she passionately studied the art of Teaching Yoga! It opened her mind to new possibilities in the way she processed information! What has followed has left her grinning with an excitement that bubbles up from deep within! She's a wife and mother to 5 adult children. She has 17 grandchildren. She loves moving in almost anyway! (running to run is the exception!). The outdoor calls to her often. She can be found in lakes, on mountain trails, tandem biking with her hubby and in her yard.
Shenole started practicing yoga 25 years ago. At that time she suffered from serious back pain after the delivery of her 5th child. Her back pain was completely healed as she consistently practiced yoga. Shenole is the mother of 7 children and grandmother to 6. Her parenting experience brought her face to face with challenges such as eating disorders, drug addiction, depression and anxiety. Through it all she relied on her consistent yoga practice to help her manage stress and her own battle with depression. Her empathy for mental illness and the challenges that parents and young people face is deep. She understands the power of yoga, breath awareness, stillness and meditation. She is Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga teacher, has trained in restorative yoga techniques and is currently enrolled in ongoing restorative training with Judith and Lizzie Lassater. She is passionate about sharing the power of yoga with her students. Her primary focus is gentle, restorative yoga. She strives to create a safe, quiet environment in her classroom. She loves people and has the gift of teaching and helping others find healing and balance in their lives.

Amber started practicing yoga about 10 years ago when a friend invited her to a local yoga class. She was so amazed that yoga asked you to not only have strength in your practice, but also softness. It was not only challenging physically, but also mentally. She was hooked after that first class. Yoga has been a major part of her life ever since. She loves that yoga helps you create balance between strength and flexibility through movement, breath and mindfulness. This is something she tries to incorporate into every practice. Amber is a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT. When not doing yoga you can find her out taking pictures, enjoying a soccer game, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.

Melanie is an avid runner, biker, mom and loves of all styles of yoga. Her first love is Vinyasa Power Yoga. She also teaches yoga with weights, piyo and loves a good yin/restorative class. She loves the physical element of a strong yoga practice and that is what drew her to her mat initially. What keeps her coming back to her mat is the mindfulness and intention aspect. She has also led guided meditations, retreats and has taken MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction) classes.
