Nobody does sound therapy like us. Our founder and sound therapist was the first to offer sound baths in this area,
and has years of education, 2 Master degrees, and years of experience to bring you the best sound baths around.
Knowing the frequencies that work to heal the body is an art, come and see the difference.
The salt cave holds up 1 to 12 of your guests (12 max) and the sound bath is 50-55 minutes.
The yoga room can hold up to 35 of your guests (35 max) and the sound bath is 50-55 minutes.
We offer 3 amazing sound baths every week on our yoga schedule, FREE to our yoga members:

Friday 11:00 am Sound Bath - 55 minutes of sound therapy, no talking
Sound therapy has been used by medicine men from the dawn of time. It is perhaps the oldest and most used healing modality on the planet.
Do you meditate? Sound therapy is perhaps the best way to meditate. Meditation with the enhanced benefits of sound therapy is hugely beneficial and can help train your mind how to relax and go into the healing brain states.
"Since everything is ultimately vibration including the human body,
then treating vibration with vibration is logical and elegant." - Eileen McKusick
Sound Baths
What is a sound bath?A sound bath is when you lie on the ground in our comfortable, warm padded yoga room on a yoga mat. Bring your pillows and a blanket so you're completely comfortable. We strategically place the instruments around you. We'll give you instructions and then play healing tones, harmonies, and rhythms around you. By the tones and frequencies we play we will relax your stressed mind, and take it from a stressed state (beta waves) to a completely relaxed state (theta waves). Then we play certain tones that trigger stress release, emotional release, and physical healing in the body. It's a new experience that will relax you and allow your body the peace it needs to heal. It's sound therapy at it's best! Sound baths last about 50 minutes.
What do I wear to a sound bath?
Wear normal comfortable clothes. We want you to be warm and comfortable so you can completely relax and melt away the stress of the day. Wear sweats, pajamas, or whatever you're most comfortable in. You will remove your shoes, get settled, and snuggle down and relax. The more physically relaxed you get the more your body will move into healing with sound therapy. So come in comfortable clothes.
What do I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow. We have limited yoga mats to rent for $2 (when they're out they're out), and we have limited bolsters and blankets in the yoga room you are welcome to use, first come first serve.
When are sound baths happening?
At Purify Wellness Center we have a public sound bath every Thursday evening at 8:15 pm, and every Friday morning at 11:00 am. The cost is $30 per person, but these are FREE for our members. These sound baths are held in our yoga room.
We also offer a Yoga Nidra/Sound bath. This is a class that is half of a guided meditation, and the second half is a sound bath. This is on Tuesday evenings at 8:15 pm in the yoga room.
We also schedule private sound baths for your private event in our yoga room. Private sound baths are $350, and we can accommodate up to 40 people in our yoga room. Do you want a sound bath in our Himalayan Salt Cave? Read the next paragraph:
Sound Baths in our Himalayan Salt Cave
We can also schedule your private sound therapy session in our Himalayan salt cave, which is an amazing experience! Cost $350, and we can accommodate 1 to 12 people in the Himalayan salt cave. There are zero gravity recliners in the salt cave, so you're sitting in comfortable chairs for the sound bath in the salt cave. Sound baths held in the salt cave are 45-50 minutes long. We only have 12 chairs in the salt cave for sound therapy, so we cannot accommodate more than 12 people per sound bath in the Himalayan salt cave.
Private sound baths start at the top of the hour. Please have your entire group arrive 10 minutes early to your private sound bath in the Himalayan salt cave. When we are busy, we cannot push your scheduled appointment later to accommodate people arriving late. We will still have to end at the scheduled time, and this may shorten your sound bath experience. Please have your group arrive on time so you get your full sound bath.

Sound therapy uses pure healing tones and sound frequencies to vibrate the cells of your body, bringing it back to homeostasis and healing harmony.
Your energy vibrates at certain frequencies. Each person has their own unique energetic vibration. It’s a signature of their body’s health and wellbeing.
Over time, food choices, emotional distress like negativity, anger, frustration, sadness, depression, stressors of every kind, and the environment we live in effect the frequencies at which our body vibrates. The result is a body out of harmony vibrating at less optimal frequencies or discord. Like a finely tuned musical instrument that falls out of tune with use, our energetic vibration gets out of its perfect healing harmony.
When our energetic vibration falls out of its original harmony it results in our bodies getting a different, unnatural, foreign, disharmony flowing through our bodies. This changes our health and wellbeing and effects the health of our physical body.
The vibration of pure tones and frequencies produced by certain instruments can help pull your body's vibration back into its natural healing harmony.
This is an optimal state for the body to release stress. Sound therapy literally "tunes" your body's energy back to its optimal frequency.
One more reason you want to come to one of our sound baths: We have amazing powerful large gongs! Wait till you hear how resonant they are.
"The Gong is the first and last instrument for the human mind, there is only one thing that can supersede and command the human mind, the sound of the Gong. It is the first sound in the universe, the sound that created this universe. It's the basic creative sound. To the mind, the sound of the gong is like a mother and father that gave it birth. The mind has no power to resist a gong that is well played." - Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga
We have a custom drums too! One of our drums is expertly hand made by native American Indians specifically for healing sounds and rhythms.
It is believed that the sound of the drum was the first sound ever heard. The first heartbeat of Mother Earth. So in listening to the beat of the drum, one is actually hearing, and experiencing, the beating of Mother Earth’s heart.
Ancient cultures and populations have used drums for healing, sometimes used by the medicine man or woman, or shaman, drums are a powerful way to move energy and clear emotions from the body.
