Our Yoga Class Descriptions
Infrared Hot Yoga
All of our Hot Yoga classes are in our state of the art Infrared Sauna Hot Yoga room. The entire room is a giant infrared sauna and when practicing in this room you get all the health benefits of being in an infrared sauna, because that is what this room is. Our hot yoga varies from 95-105 degrees of infrared heat. Come and experience the exponential health benefits of infrared sauna hot yoga!
Non-Heated Yoga
Our non-heated classes and our Sound Baths are in our beautiful non-heated yoga room, where you have floor to ceiling windows on two full sides of the room, and grounding Italian brick on a third side of you. It is a unique and beautiful space that enhances your mental clarity and calmness during yoga practice. We have Sound Baths here 3 times a week, that are FREE to our members.
We offer many different types and styles of yoga, and so many different times to practice. From 5:30 AM to 8:15 PM, we have a class that will fit your schedule.
