Candlelight Fusion
This is a fun fast paced fusion between Hot Vinyasa and Hot Pilates practiced with loud music and candlelight. You will get the benefit of strength and flow yoga poses in the infrared heat, helping with inflammation, muscle recovery and strength. Class ends with Savasana and cold towels like all our hot yoga classes.

Hot Pilates (45)
Ready for a workout? Our Hot Pilates classes use weights, bands, blocks, and magic rings to combine targeted resistance training and core-strengthening benefits of traditional Pilates with the added intensity of heat and all the benefits of an infrared sauna. We use weights and props to amplify muscle engagement and build strength. The class incorporates precise, controlled movements that focus on targeted muscle groups for a full-body workout. The low-impact nature of the workout protects the joints, making it possible to build strength and tone without high-impact jumps or rapid movements. The heat enhances circulation, increases flexibility, and helps with deeper muscle engagement, while the added resistance from weights and bands intensifies the burn, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized.

Hot Vinyasa
Hot Vinyasa, is what you think of when you think "Hot Yoga", also called "flow yoga". Hot Vinyasa is a breath-centered practice in our infrared hot yoga room, varying between 95-105 degrees of infrared heat, so you get ALL the health benefits of an infrared sauna in addition to all the benefits of yoga. The sequences vary in the types of poses done, how long they are held, and difficulty of the class. All levels are welcome and encouraged to practice at the student's own level, as teachers will offer different variations to poses. Movements are cued by the breath, and designed to flow seamlessly and intuitively, making this a fun and lively class, and our most popular form of hot yoga.
