Hot Vinyasa
Hot Vinyasa, is what you think of when you think "Hot Yoga", also called "flow yoga". Hot Vinyasa is a breath-centered practice in our infrared hot yoga room, varying between 95-105 degrees of infrared heat, so you get ALL the health benefits of an infrared sauna in addition to all the benefits of yoga. The sequences vary in the types of poses done, how long they are held, and difficulty of the class. All levels are welcome and encouraged to practice at the student's own level, as teachers will offer different variations to poses. Movements are cued by the breath, and designed to flow seamlessly and intuitively, making this a fun and lively class, and our most popular form of hot yoga.

Rocket Yoga
Rocket Yoga is a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga as an attempt to make it more accessible to western practitioners. The name was given by Bob Weir of ‘The Grateful Dead’ band because he thought Rocket Yoga was quick and easy and "gets you there faster". It is a dynamic and invigorating style of yoga that combines traditional Ashtanga yoga with elements of creative vinyasa yoga flow consisting of Sun Salutations, standing poses, balances, seated poses, twists, and bends. Throughout the practice there are challenges and opportunities to strengthen the core and also work on more advanced variations of poses and transitions, arm balances and inversions in a playful and safe environment. The class is accompanied by upbeat and energetic music to keep the energy high and support students to maintain a steady pace throughout the practice, and create a more casual and fun vibe. Students can skip any pose throughout the sequence or find easier ways to practice it instead of rigidly sticking to the pattern. Therefore, Rocket Yoga has become widely accessible to all, as a smooth process of breath and movement. It may look like a purely physical process, but it helps clear your mind as well. The full Rocket class is 90 minutes, Rocket Express is 60 minutes. Both classes meet in the non-heated yoga room.
