Alissa Kepas

Alissa Kepas is one multi-faceted, dynamic, and passionate teacher in the Heart of Utah Valley. Born in Provo, moved away for a few years, and she was back & growing up in Orem by the age of 8. Despite living here nearly her entire life, Alissa definitely brings her own unique flare & ever-evolving wisdom to the Utah County Wellness Scene. Alissa taught middle school for 15 years and has a passion for sharing yoga, meditation, & mindfulness with people of all ages and backgrounds. She has traveled across the country and globe to study with world-renowned gurus to bring the wisdom of these ancient practices to our community. Alissa is also the founder and lead trainer of Inner Peace Yoga School, which holds multiple yoga trainings at Purify each year.

Malia Littlefield

Malia is a RYT 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified yoga instructor and life long learner of all things yoga. She loves sharing meditation and yoga through sound and vinyasa flow classes. She has found happiness, wholeness and healing on her mat and within the yoga community and hopes to guide others as she has been guided. She lives with her husband, two boys, and mini schnauzer. She loves creating anything from yoga classes to photography to furniture to food. Give her an adventure somewhere, something to learn or a new connection to build and she is a happy girl.

Holly Semanoff

Holly Semanoff is a yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing expert with over 22 years of experience. A certified teacher in Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Kriya yoga, breathwork master, reiki master, and Native American medicine woman, she guides others in awakening their inner healer through conscious breath, yoga, sound healing, and energy alignment. As a spiritual ceremony leader and founder of Ascended Path, Holly empowers individuals to remember who they truly are and become their own guru. She is also the author of three published book which include The Conscious Breathing Workbooks and Body of Light.

Yoga Nidra literally means "the yoga of sleep".  It is a guided meditation to help you go deep between the layers of relaxed awareness.  The method's aim not only is to help you identify with the core of your true nature--pure awareness, but also to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and restore your spirit.
