When you log into your mind body app, then try to book an appointment, does it tell you you're not logged in?

Then you need to link your MindBody and Purify Wellness Center accounts together. Here's how:

Manually Sync Your MINDBODY and Purify Wellness Center Accounts

To complete this process, you'll need to know the email address and password you created for Purify Wellness Center's MindBody login.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open your MindBody app
2. Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
3. Then, tap Settings gear in the top right hand corner.
4. Next click on "Resend account confirmation email" (at the top). Click OK
5. Now check your Inbox for the verification email from MINDBODY — it should arrive very shortly!
6. Open this verification email and click the "VERIFY MY EMAIL" link enclosed.
7. It will take you to your MINDBODY app.
8. Once you're back in the MINDBODY app, scroll down to the very bottom of the page to the "Search for a business" section at the bottom of the screen.
9. Enter Purify Wellness Center, and tap "Search".
10. Tap on the name of Purify Wellness Center to sync it.
11. Enter the email address and password you use with this business.
12. Tap Sign In.

This should enable your device to now be signed in with Purify Wellness Center.
