Chanel instructs the following:
  • Candlelight Hot Vinyasa
  • In this class the lights are dimmed and we practice with relaxing candlelight to help us quiet and focus the mind. Classes will help you burn off the extra energy from your day and end with relaxing poses to prepare you for rest. You will get the benefit of strength and flow yoga poses in the infrared heat, helping with inflammation, muscle recovery and strength. Class ends with Savasana and cold towels like all our hot yoga classes.
