BUTI Yoga


Buti Yoga is a blend of power yoga, primal movement, cardio-intensive dance
and conditioning to help get back into alignment with your higher self. Buti incorporates a spiral structure technique used to activate and strengthen deep core muscles paired with intentional shaking and vibration to release stored or stagnant energy. We move energy big time in this practice. The transformational energy that is generated through this movement allows you to feel more grounded and more connected to your center. Get out of your head and into your body for 60 minutes and you will leave feeling pure Buti bliss!
