With 11 unique yoga styles to choose from, you can create anything from a gentle stretch session to a sweat inducing workout. We’ll work with you to tailor a class that feels just right for your group.

Private Soundbaths in Our Himalayan Salt Cave

Immerse yourself in pure sonic healing within our sacred Himalayan salt cave. Experience the transformative power of sound baths in an acoustically pristine sanctuary designed for up to 12 guests, where crystal frequencies combine with mineral rich air to deepen relaxation and restore inner balance.

We also offer private soundbaths in our beautiful yoga room, here we can fit up to 40 people.

Room Rentals

We have the most gorgeous rooms for your private events! 

The Himalayan Salt Cave

Impress your guests by hosting your private event in the award winning Himalayan Salt Cave. Utah's most beautiful and unique healing room. *This room rental does NOT include a private soundbath, but just music over the speakers if you want music (you can bring your own music).

Room capacity: Up to 14 people in our very comfortable zero reclining chairs OR 16 people on their own yoga mats on the floor (our rental yoga mats cannot be used in the salt cave).

The Yoga Room

This is our impressive non-heated yoga room. With a special padded floor, a beautiful Italian brick wall, and a wall of gongs.

Room capacity: Up to 50 people on yoga mats on the floor. We do have 20 yoga mats, yoga bolsters, yoga blocks, and yoga blankets available.

We also have 50 chairs, if your event is a seated event, and 6 draped tables available.

Room Rental Rate: $200/hr

The Infrared Hot Yoga Room

This beautiful room can be used for a hot yoga or pilates event, or we can cool it to room temperature and you can use it as a normal room. The entire room can be a giant infrared sauna, with all the healing benefits! It's a beautiful room with floor to ceiling mirrors on two full walls and an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows.

Room capacity: Up to 40 people on yoga mats on the floor. We do have 20 yoga mats, yoga bolsters, and yoga blocks available.

We also have 50 chairs, if your event is a seated event, and 6 draped tables available.

The Classroom

This is our useful classroom with up to 40 chairs, a TV, a projector, a large screen available. Great for workshops, teacher training events, classes, and hands on experiences.

Room capacity: Up to 40 people seated in chairs.

We have chairs, and 6 draped tables available.
